Harlem Fine Arts Show – Virtual Arts District Announces New Pricing Structure ahead of May 1st Launch

The new Pricing options for The Harlem Fine Arts Show Virtual Arts District are designed to increase accessibility and simultaneously signal a process of optimization, and efficiency across all HFAS Programs.
Traditionally, artists were asked to pay up front for 12 Months of access to their own individual Virtual Gallery Spaces. With this announcement, two additional Pricing Plans are added.
- The Pop-Up
This monthly, no contract option allows Artists to pay a subscription fee for Curated Time in their virtual space. The artist or collaborators are charged $199 a month and can cancel at anytime. Artists will be charged a one-time set up fee of $125 to connect their booth. Legacy Upfront Cost: $2000.00 The Pop Up Upfront Cost: $324.00, then $199 a month - The Residency
For Artists who are ready to commit to 6 or 12 month periods and achieve a lower monthly fee, The Residency costs $175 per month. The Residency requires a 6 or 12 Month contract, and First + Last Months fee as a deposit. In exchange for your contract commitment, the one time set up fee is waived. Legacy Upfront Cost: $2000.00 The Residency Upfront Cost: $350, then $175/month for contract duration. - The Gallery
For artists and creatives who can commit to a larger deposit to access our lowest monthly rate, The Gallery will ring familiar at $2000/year. However, the HFAS team has slashed the upfront payment to a 50% deposit, and will accept custom payment plans for the balance over a period of 6 months from initial payment date. Legacy Upfront Cost: $2000.00 The Gallery Upfront Cost: $1000 deposit, Custom Payment Installments available for balance, due within 6 months of deposit.

The Harlem Fine Arts Show (HFAS) is a traveling exhibition that showcases contemporary paintings, sculpture, and photography, making it the largest touring African diaspora art show in the United States. Since its inception in 2009, HFAS has welcomed over 80,000 visitors, journeyed to more than 10 cities, and partnered with leading galleries and artists.
